Kenaf is a tropical asiatic plant of the Hibiscus family, similar to Okra and Jute.  It's a fast growing annual with bamboo-like stalks that can reach  heights of 20 feet. 

 

Originating in Ancient Egypt, Kenaf (pronounced Ka-Naf) is scientific name Hibiscus Cannabinus L, has been known as 'Indian Hemp' for centuries. Kenaf is a 100% legal row crop and non-psychoactive.
